It's NAPLAN week for students in Years 3,5,7 and 9!
Students in these years will sit NAPLAN tests from tomorrow, Wednesday 12 March – Monday 17 March 2025. Please ensure your child is prepared with the necessary resources and aware of the testing schedule. All students are to bring their own headphones for each test - see specifications below.
Required Resources:
Year 3 – Handwritten writing test; College iPad for other tests. AUX headphones required.
Year 5 – College device provided for all tests. AUX or USB-C headphones required.
Year 7 & 9 – Must bring a fully charged computer and compatible headphones (charged Bluetooth or USB-C).
Should a student not bring headphones, they will be supplied with a pair at a cost of $12, billed to the parent account (note the cost is $2 more than originally anticipated). Numbers are very limited due to weather-related delivery delays so please ensure your child brings their headphones if at all possible.
NAPLAN Test Schedule:
Wednesday 12 March – Writing
Thursday 13 March – Reading
Friday 14 March – Conventions of Language
Monday 17 March – Numeracy
Catch-Up Sessions:
If a student is absent on a test day, they will be required to attend a catch-up session to ensure all tests are completed in the correct order.
